While your driving on your way to work, school, the supermarket or anywhere, take detours and keep your eyes open for single family houses that are either For Sale By Owner or vacant homes that look like they are in need of obvious repairs. Also, if you know anyone facing foreclosure or in the beginning/middle of the foreclosure process. For example, a small FSBO sign in the yard, a boarded up house with an overgrown yard, or a family member struggling to make their mortgage payments, etc.
Just keep in mind, the more repairs needed the more we like it. When you find a prospect house, take a few pictures of it from the front, either side, and from the back if possible. Make sure you take note of the address. Then fill out the form below with the information of the house and your contact information.
Finally, send an email with the pictures as attachments to us with the address of the property in the subject line. You can also postal mail the pictures to our office including the property and your contact information.

How Do You Get Paid?
When we receive your referrals contact information that you send, via phone, email or submission form, we’ll verify that it meets our simple criteria. If everything is satisfactory at that point, we’ll then contact the owner to discuss their options and propose our offers. If the seller and Becco can come to an agreement and we buy the house, Becco will send you a check for $500.00 when we close on the house, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
